*Half day training - Understanding Autism (for schools and other education settings or any business). Our training with one of our Clinical Psychologists provides an understanding of Autism.  This can include an understanding for schools, helping them think about what you may see in children and young people, plus ideas on how best to support them.  Or, it could include an understanding for employers and businesses.  This training can be adapted to the specific needs of your business or education setting. 

*Half day training - Understanding Autism in women and girls (for Clinical Psychologists and/or  private psychology businesses or for schools and other education settings)
Girls and women who are autistic are both at risk of being overlooked for diagnosis and their needs not being recognised even with a diagnosis.  Our training with one of our Clinical Psychologists who is a lecturer and researcher in this field provides an understanding of the presentation and experiences of women and girls and ways to offer helpful support for them.  This training can be adapted to the specific needs of your business or education setting. 

*Half day training - What is neurodivergence (for schools, education providers or any business)
Training with one of our Clinical Psychologists to understand more about neurodivergence, specifically Autism, ADHD and/or learning disability. This training can be adapted to the specific needs of your business. 

*Half day training - Working clinically with Autism (for Clinical Psychologists and/or  private psychology businesses)
Training with one of our Clinical Psychologists to understand Autism and provide ideas on including Autism in formulations, in clinical practice and ideas for how to adapt to individual needs.  This training can be adapted to the specific needs of your business and to consider the needs of children or adults. 

*Half or full day training - Working with and understanding (Pathological) Demand Avoidance (for clinical teams, schools)
Training with one of our Clinical Psychologists to understand a profile of needs where people avoid demands of everyday life.  This includes understanding this behaviour and associated anxiety. Whilst Pathological Demand Avoidance is not a recognised diagnosis in the diagnostic criteria, we know that many people who are autistic present with a profile that includes anxiety and a drive for autonomy including avoiding and struggling with demands.  We offer ideas to support people with this profile to improve their wellbeing and describe helpful communication strategies and accommodations to support this.  This training can be adapted to the specific needs of your business.

*In addition, we offer one off consultations on specific cases, for example, to support a school with some work for a young person or to support a staff team to understand how best to support a member of their team who is autistic.
