Please note, we are accepting assessment referrals for children and young adults age 7-25 registered with a GP in Derbyshire, South Yorkshire. Nottinghamshire, Greater/South Manchester.  For those a little further afield (e.g., Notts and Manchester),  please be aware of the need to travel to us for the face to face part of the assessment (one appointment).  This appointment will be in South West Sheffield or Derbyshire.  Adult appointments can be offered online if appropriate. If you are contacting us for post-diagnostic support, we can offer this in any area as it will be online.
